Returns

We want you to love your hoodie, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and still have their tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet this criteria.

Please note that items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@kisstherain.us for a Return Authorization and return instructions.  Please note that the return items need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different style, color or size, please return your item first and then place a new order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@kisstherain.us so that we send you a replacement.
